Over the course of last two years, cgroup has evolved its v2 interface which is gradually being exposed. The v2 interface tries to address not only the deficiencies in the core design of cgroup but also various breakages and oddities in the specific controllers and their interactions. This talk presents the design and behaviors of the cgroup v2 interface.
Tejun has been working on various aspects of Linux kernel since 2005 and is currently maintaining percpu memory allocator, control groups, and workqueue. He currently works as a software engineer for Red Hat.
